Both. We have an office in NYC and welcome teams to work with us in person when possible. We also run Sprints remotely. If you’d like us onsite, we’re happy to travel, with travel expenses handled separately.
No. We work across industries, sectors, and company sizes. Our focus is on clarifying the offer and aligning it to the right audience, which is a universal challenge for any business.
Sprints are designed to run over four weeks to maintain momentum and focus. We can be flexible based on team availability, but we don’t recommend extending beyond six weeks, as the impact and value tend to diminish.
